This is the first year the Four Seasons Austin launched their ice skating rink, Ice Rodeo,” shares Pearl Events Austin, a local event planning group. “They turned their pool into a rink, and you can skate with Town Lake in the background. They also offer cabins that you can rent and have cocktails and smores.”
