Macilin + Steve’s wedding was unforgettable for everyone in attendance. We began our design process with a vision of classic glamour with added touches to really elevate the New Year’s Eve theme.

Hotel Van Zandt was an absolutely perfect venue for this wedding. Not only is it a gorgeous hotel in a prime downtown location, the style and decor of the space took the celebration to another level. We chose to mix gold and silver metallics, which really took the decor up another level. These touches, as well as notes of black and white meshed perfectly with the accent colors and textures inside the Van Zandt.

Between the ceremony and the reception, we were able to completely flip the ceremony space and transform it into a glamorous party room. The amazing vendors that we worked with all did their part to execute this process in under an hour; they made Macilin & Steve’s visions come to life. Seeing the couple’s reaction when they walked in was truly memorable.

In keeping with the theme, The Nash’s chose to include other holiday touches such as a confetti cannon, champagne tower, laser countdown, and even champagne bottle place cards.

Live music by Sienna Strings added to the classic and elegant feel of the ceremony, while the DJ from Look No Further Entertainment knew exactly how to transform the event into an unforgettable New Year’s Eve bash.

This event was such a joy to coordinate and it was truly awesome to see this vision become a reality.
