When Zali and I first met, I knew right away we’d be friends, especially when it came to planning her baby shower. She came to Pearl looking for something that felt different from the traditional shower experience, an event that reflected her love for artistic design and bold, joyful color.

On a beautiful morning in March, loved ones gathered at Tiny Boxwoods to celebrate Zali and the upcoming arrival of her baby girl. From the moment guests arrived, they were transported into a world that was colorful, dreamy, and undeniably stylish. Every detail was thoughtfully chosen to capture a sense of excitement, beauty, and sophistication — a perfect reflection of this season of new beginnings.

As guests entered the space, they were met with a stunning custom photo wall adorned with vibrant balloons from Moonbird Events and lush florals from Feral Atelier. The dining room revealed a whimsical hanging installation filled with cotton candy clouds and dangling cherries — a design moment that was both unexpected and unforgettable. Rentals from Table Manners helped us strike the perfect balance between elegance and fun, giving the event a funky, artistic flair while still honoring Zali’s refined style.

The morning was filled with laughter, hugs, and so much love for both mama and baby.

It was such an honor to be part of this beautiful celebration for Zali and Chase!
