When Stace and Pat approached me with just a venue and a date, I knew we had the opportunity to create something truly extraordinary. Their vision was clear – a celebration that would not only showcase their love for each other but also stand out as a unique and unforgettable event. Together, we embarked on a planning journey that would bring their dreams to life, focusing on bespoke details, elegant design, and meaningful moments.

From the start, we knew that a layout that encouraged conversation and connection was crucial, so their choice of Skybox on 6th as the venue was the perfect one. We decided to emphasize lighting and audiovisual components to create an atmosphere that would leave a lasting impression on their guests. Stace, Pat, and I collaborated closely, exploring innovative ideas while maintaining a sleek and elegant aesthetic that reflected their personalities.

Throughout the planning process, the term “bespoke” kept resurfacing. Stace and Pat wanted every aspect of their celebration to be tailored to perfection, from the smallest details to the overall experience. With a meticulous eye for detail, we worked hand in hand to curate a one-of-a-kind event that would leave a lasting impression on everyone in attendance.

Stace and Pat had already shared an intimate elopement, so their celebration began with cocktails at a stunning quadrant bar from Townsley. Specially curated lounge arrangements overlooking 6th Street provided a perfect setting for guests to mingle and share in the couple’s joy.

To encourage mingling and interaction, we opted for stations instead of a formal sit-down dinner for their large guest count of 350. Each station offered a distinct culinary experience, allowing guests to explore different flavors and engage in conversation with friends and family who had traveled from far and wide to be a part of the celebration.

Stace and Pat incorporated fun newlywed games into the evening, creating heartfelt moments that overjoyed all of the guests. Austin Event Lighting entertained everyone with a dazzling light show and a giant LED screen that displayed captivating graphics synchronized with each song that the DJ played.

As the evening progressed, the celebration transformed into a pulsating dance floor. The entire ceiling, adorned with a mesmerizing balloon lighting show imitating clouds, created a vibrant and energetic atmosphere reminiscent of a club. Stace and Pat’s love for each other shone through every element, including guest activations, a lively dance floor, and an unforgettable ambiance that made the evening truly amazing for everyone present.

Stace and Pat expressed their gratefulness for their exceptional vendor team and the phenomenal celebration they had experienced. Their journey, from the initial planning stages to the joyful night itself, encapsulated their deep love for each other and touched the hearts of all who attended. Their celebration was a remarkable blend of heartfelt moments, personalized details, and a vibrant atmosphere that showcased the beauty of their love story.
