Planning Shelby and Nathan’s wedding was such a sweet experience! The Staples and Zucker families hold a special place in my heart. Having known Shelby since college and previously planning her brother’s wedding in 2022, I was thrilled to help celebrate this special moment for her and Nathan.

From the start, they fell in love with the Austin Country Club, which made selecting a color palette an easy choice. Jen Krause Paper Co and Bouquets of Austin did an amazing job bringing Shelby’s vibrant spring color palette to life. The subtle pops of pastel blues, purples, pinks, peaches, and yellows were beautifully showcased in the invitations, bouquets, and table arrangements. Shelby wore a stunning Pronovias wedding dress, while each bridesmaid sported a different style and shade of light blue.

Even though the Austin weather didn’t cooperate and we had to move the ceremony just 30 minutes before it began, Shelby and Nathan exchanged their vows surrounded by immense love and joy from their families and friends. No forecast could dampen the celebration, guests danced the night away with amazing entertainment from Love & Happiness. One of my favorite personal touches was featuring their adorable pup, Nola peeking out from the wedding cake. To bring the perfect evening to a close, guests lined up for a sparkler send-off as the happy couple departed on a golf cart in true country club fashion. Cheers to Shelby and Nathan Zucker!
