Working with the lovely Jackie Moore was truly a blast! She is incredible and worked hard to design a memorable rehearsal dinner for her son, Blair and his fiancé Ariana! To create the Texas-inspired event, we utilized the same color palette as the dynamic couple’s wedding and incorporated special Texas touches to make the event unforgettable. To continue the Texas theme and to kick off the weekend, the guests were greeted with personalized welcome gifts which turned out beautifully! My favorite custom touch was the bandanas which included Ariana and Blair’s monogram, UT longhorn, and the infamous fur baby, Tofu!

The evening began with a custom hat steaming station that invited guests to select a cowboy hat and customize to their face shape. Guests then headed to the branding station where they chose a unique brand for their hat. Brands ranged from their initials to a fun saying like “Hook ‘Em!” and created great talking points throughout the night! Guests were also invited to brand any leather attire they were wearing such as their boots or belt. As all the families met and mingled, the branding and hat customization stations provided by The Sparks Agency truly broke the ice and started the evening, and wedding off right!

To bring the tablescape to life, we used linens by Nuage and rentals from Premiere. Thankfully, it didn’t rain, but we were ready with our tent from Whim in case it did. The florals from Stems served as beautiful centerpieces for the tables and added a feminine touch to the event. Speeches and words of wisdom from friends and family under the twinkle lights drew the evening to a close, setting the stage for the magical wedding to come. Overall, it was a wonderful evening celebrating Blair and Ariana before their big day!
