Jen is lavishly creative and meticulously organized, making her a natural-born event planner. Jen joined the Pearl Events Austin team in 2013, with over 10 years of experience in planning and hotel catering, including The Driskill Hotel, she has the expertise on how to properly guide her clients through every step of the planning process.

Jen’s ability to navigate through logistical challenges, manage an immense team of vendors, and adhere to meticulous timelines, all while remaining calm and poised, are her most valuable assets. She’s also a true “go-getter” who loves a challenge, welcomes change, and embraces outside-the-box thinking. She’s previously been featured in many publications including, Carats & Cake and theKnot.com

Originally from Missouri and having grown up on a family-owned farm, Jen is down-to-earth and practical by nature, yet she finds that event planning brings out her inner spark and excitement like nothing else!

When she’s not busy making memories for her clients, Jen loves live music with friends, farm visits back home with family, spending quality time with her 9-year-old son, Eli, and husband, Brad, and all things True Crime!
