Haley and Kyle began wedding planning with so much joy and excitement as they searched for the perfect Austin wedding venue. After touring several beautiful spaces alongside the couple, we landed on our final stop, Woodbine Mansion, which proved to be the perfect fit for their dream wedding backdrop. From the picture-perfect white columns at the front to the upstairs getting-ready suites for both the ladies and gentlemen, we knew this was the right venue for them.

Stationery was such a fun element to design alongside Designed to Flourish and the couple. We incorporated thoughtful Texas-inspired touches throughout, including floral border details, an illustration of Woodbine Mansion inside the envelope liner, and a save-the-date featuring an engagement photo taken at Austin City Limits by their wedding photographer, Tim Laielli Photography.

The wedding day itself was nothing short of magical. The ceremony was held beneath the trellis on the Woodbine Mansion lawn, and afterward, guests moved inside the mansion for cocktail hour. There, they discovered escort cards thoughtfully curated by Haley and Kyle, vintage postcards, each personalized with a handwritten note to guide guests to their seats.

As the tented reception began, guests were welcomed into a beautifully designed space filled with warm fall tones, stunning florals by Bouquets of Austin, and elegant draping by Unique Design and Events. Guests enjoyed a wonderful dinner from Crave Catering while sharing laughter and listening to heartfelt toasts. Then the celebration truly kicked off when Dart Collective filled the dance floor with energy.

We ended the night with more dancing, a celebratory cake cutting, and a joyful send-off for the happy couple. I wish Haley and Kyle all the best in their newlywed journey. It was an honor to be part of their planning experience, and celebrating alongside them on their wedding day was truly the cherry on top.
