Four Seasons

10/05/24

When Rebecca and Ryan first came to me, their priority was celebrating their marriage with a big wedding alongside family and friends. They envisioned a day that felt lively, romantic, and relaxed. While they hosted that joyful party in Austin, Texas, nearly a month earlier they also shared an intimate ceremony and reception with close family in Sedona, Arizona. I love how that made October 5th completely free of ceremony pressure for Rebecca and Ryan, leaving it as a moment simply to toast their love with everyone they care about.

Rebecca and Ryan spent a relaxed morning getting ready with their closest friends. Since this was their second wedding together, Rebecca embraced the chance to have fun in her stunning high-low dress, complete with a true Carrie Bradshaw moment in her blue Manolos!

The evening began with a cocktail hour beside the Four Seasons lawn. Guests had an array of signature drink options to choose from, showcased on the cutest bar signs by Jen Krause. The bar stationery details paired with the black and green Loot Ambra Bars, and the beautiful floral arrangements from Truth & Blooms created the perfect cocktail hour setting.

The beauty only grew as guests moved to the dinner tables on the lawn, where a canopy of twinkle lights by Illios Lighting sparkled overhead. Luxe green velvet linens from BBJ La Tavola dressed the tables, each place setting thoughtfully curated with rentals from Premiere Events  and adorned with more stunning florals from Truth & Blooms, all captured beautifully by Lauren Apel Photography.

As dinner concluded, guests were greeted with a surprise second line from the Matchmaker Band! The brass section wove through the dinner tables, leading guests into the dancing space. It was important to Rebecca that this space felt intimate. With the draping, a black and white dance floor, and a custom balloon ceiling installation, guests were truly wowed. Espresso martini nightcaps are always a wedding favorite, but Rebecca and Ryan took it up a notch with their espresso martini tower.

As the evening came to a close, guests sent Rebecca and Ryan off with a vibrant red rose petal exit. At the end, they drove off in the cutest vintage Bronco provided by Betty Bronco. I couldn’t have pictured a more perfect wedding celebration for the two of them. Cheers to the Joneses!
