Rebekah and Luke began their wedding planning with a clear goal of a garden-like feel at The Arlo. It was important to the couple to find a venue that felt like they were able to implement both their own design ideas and transform the space into their dream wedding.

During the design curation process, we worked alongside Posey Florals to bring our reception mockup to life. Reflected roses, spring pastels, hanging wisteria, and our cake meadow were the highlights Posey florals and Rebekah focused on.

Rebekah and Luke’s ceremony was at the beautiful St. John Neumann Catholic Church where the couple focused on keeping the grandeur of the altar by only bringing in their touches of florals through their personal flowers. Once the ceremony concluded, guests made their way to The Arlo to begin the evening celebrations!

Upon arrival at cocktail hour, guests stepped into an iconic white retro phone booth to leave a message for Rebekah and Luke. Custom ice cubes created by Full Spectrum Ice added a special touch to their signature cocktail, a strawberry basil margarita.

Stepping into the reception area, the magical wedding cake floral meadow, took the cake! Guest tables were adorned with pops of spring flowers. The fireplace lawn featured a champagne tower, lounge, and Luke’s Texas Tech groom’s cake. To start the party, Rebekah and Luke christened their ice luge by pouring espresso martinis for all guests to enjoy!

Working alongside Rebekah, Luke, and their families was truly a wonderful experience. Their love for each other was incredibly evident on the big day and it is truly something special to look back on their photos and see how much fun they had together!
