In June of 2023, I had the pleasure of working with the Lubin family to plan Caroline’s wedding, and what a whirlwind it was! From the initial booking in January to the wedding day just six months later, Caroline and Justin’s wedding celebration at the Four Seasons Hotel was a testament to the power of collaboration, creativity, and careful planning.

Choosing the right venue is often a pivotal decision in wedding planning, and for Caroline and Justin, the Four Seasons Hotel in Austin was the ideal backdrop for their special day. Recognizing the importance of a space that could accommodate both the ceremony and reception indoors, we blocked both ballrooms at the Four Seasons. The intimate San Jacinto ballroom hosted the ceremony, while the grandeur of the larger ballroom set the stage for a memorable reception.

With the support of our fantastic vendor friends, we turned the ballrooms into a dreamy haven of white and gold, accentuated with breathtaking floral arrangements by the talented David Kurio. The Jewish ceremony was adorned with an acrylic chuppah draped in white orchids and blooming branches. Unique Design and Events worked their magic with draping, creating an intimate and inviting atmosphere for the celebration.

The reception in the grand ballroom was nothing short of spectacular. A gold and white dance floor set the stage for unforgettable moments, complemented by a large stage for the sensational Jordan Khan band, Manhattan. The guests danced the night away, creating memories that will last a lifetime. The celebration even included a lively HORA, adding an extra touch of joy and tradition to the festivities.

Mazel Tov to Caroline and Justin for a beautiful wedding filled with love, laughter, and unforgettable moments. It was an honor to be a part of their special day, and I wish them a lifetime of happiness and joy.
