Love, joy, and beauty were united at Woodbine Mansion as I had the pleasure of planning and executing an extraordinary wedding for an utterly sweet and wonderful couple. From the moment Ilana and Jacob set their eyes on Woodbine Mansion, it was evident that this venue would provide the perfect backdrop for their love story. Join me as I dive into the details and unforgettable moments that made the #PermanentlyPerlmutter celebration a truly magical experience…

The planning process began with an aura of excitement and enthusiasm. The couple entrusted me with the task of handling every aspect of their special day, giving rise to a harmonious collaboration that ensured their vision was flawlessly brought to life. As the couple fell in love with Woodbine Mansion, we were thrilled to see how their dream venue provided the perfect canvas for their love story to unfold. One particular day stood out during the planning process – the floral mock-up. It proved to be where the bride truly witnessed her choices and visions manifest into reality.

The day began by transforming the clear tent into a stunning spectacle of vibrant blooms and meticulous arrangements from Exquisite Petals, setting the stage for an unforgettable celebration. The space was adorned with lush greenery and delicate twinkle lights that created an ethereal atmosphere, transporting guests into a realm of beauty and wonder.

The bride looked absolutely stunning. Her beauty radiated from within, captivating everyone present. From her meticulously chosen gown to the elegance with which she carried herself, she truly showcased the essence of a blushing bride. The ceremony was graced with a beautiful Ketubah, encapsulating the couple’s commitment to each other and their shared future. Terra Vista Strings resonated throughout the ceremony, adding a touch of elegance and serenity to the air. One of my favorite unique touches to this event was the telephone used to record guests’ messages for the couple to enjoy listening back to later!

From there, guests were asked to take their seats for dinner. Once dinner was complete, the couple shared a first dance as husband and wife. The first dance was an extraordinary moment of beauty and significance as the couple swayed to the tune of “Simply the Best.” All eyes were on them as they shared this special moment.

Throughout the night, guests were caught up in the enchantment, their feet barely touching the ground as they danced with such excitement and happiness. Laughter, smiles, and pure joy filled the room – a true testament to the love and happiness that permeated the celebration. The night concluded on a high note with a breathtaking sparkling fountain exit, leaving a lasting impression on the couple and their guests. As they departed in a classic 1963 White Bentley, the couple bid farewell to an exceptional celebration of their love.

The Grabarnik and Perlmutter wedding will forever be etched in our hearts as an absolute dream come true. It was an honor to work with Ilana and Jacob. From the lovely couple to the enchanting details and unforgettable moments, every facet of this celebration exuded love, joy, and elegance.
