Natalie and I had the best time planning her wedding! We’re both morning people and we’d have many early morning planning meetings at the office we’d joke that she was our honorary Pearl Girl during her planning process. We started planning Natalie’s wedding with nothing, except Patton, the groom. We hand picked every vendor together and the one thing that we knew from the very very beginning was that Natalie wanted to have an epic surprise for Patton on the wedding day, something that had to do with his love for hunting. It couldn’t be a standard groom’s cake because that has been done many times before. I suggested a massive ice luge of an Elk and that was what we designed the whole wedding around. We chose Austin Country Club because the Elk could have a great spot in the entry. Not only was our ICE ELK just coool (see what I did there?) but it was a full blown ice luge that went from antler to tail. It was the best and most epic ice bar I’ll ever have a wedding, it will be hard to top it!

We brought Stems floral team to bring all the beautiful flowers and they did a bang up job on the entry door to Austin Country Club where we added on a chandelier from Ilios and it was the perfect backdrop for photos for our couple and their guests. Additionally, another favorite was the floral chandelier over the dance floor. Everyone danced the night away with a surprise appearance by Josh Abbott to sing a special song to Natalie and Patton!
The couple had a private last dance followed by Natalie’s Tik Tok famous private solo last dance! We had to drag them off the dance floor for their pyro send off by Big Dog Pyro.
