Audrey and Brandon’s wedding was such an unforgettable celebration. Their story is a testament to the power of love, and their wedding day at Mattie’s was a vivid reflection of their joyful spirits.

Audrey and Brandon’s love for vibrant colors and meticulous planning set the tone for their wedding day. A pastel floral border, which graced their invitations, became the central design element that guided many of their decisions. From the paper goods to the ceremony and reception decor, the pastel florals added a cohesive touch to every aspect of the celebration.

With peacocks roaming the property, the couple decided to incorporate a peacock drawing on their invitation, paying homage to the charming venue, Mattie’s. Mattie’s southern, clean feel and its white architecture set the perfect stage to welcome Audrey and Brandon’s friends and family to Texas.

Audrey and Brandon’s unique vision for their wedding extended to their bridal party. Each bridesmaid had the freedom to choose a dress in a style they loved, as long as it fell within the pink color scheme. This bold choice added a captivating burst of color to the ceremony, beautifully complementing the pastel color scheme.

One of the most striking elements of the reception, and one of my favorite design elements, was the hanging greenery from the tent structures. Mattie’s unique location under a canopy of lush trees inspired this design choice, making it feel like the wedding had brought the beauty of nature inside the tent. It was a captivating blend of the outdoors and the ambiance of a dinner tent.

As the sun set on a cool spring evening, guests danced the night away with The Nightowls band. The joyful and fun atmosphere filled the air, and the celebration ended with Audrey and Brandon’s departure in a vintage getaway car!

Audrey and Brandon’s wedding was not just about the colors, planning, and design elements. It was a celebration of love, family, and friendship, and was a reflection of their love, creativity, and vibrant personalities. It was such an honor to be a part of their wedding day – one that I will always remember for its beauty and joy!
