Megan’s 40th birthday was definitely a wild one, to say the least. She knew exactly what she wanted and that was a Dolly-themed bash. The party was held at Austin Country Club and guests were greeted with fabulous metallic balloons and a Dolly Drag queen photo op (ExtraGrams)! As you entered the main event space, we had a massive bar (we hate bar lines) with stunning florals from Botanical No. 9. Next to this, a table of delicious Hayley Cakes and Cookies made special with Dolly-themed favors of course. In the Riverside Room, there was a mechanical bull, yup…you heard me…mechanical bull as well as a HAT steaming bar to custom steam your hats to fit your head and face shape (The Sparks Agency).

A party really isn’t complete without a huge ice luge… a Dolly ice luge that is (Full Spectrum Ice)!

The table layout was to mimic Billy Bob’s Texas because we had country music singer, Kyle Park as our entertainment for the evening! Don’t forget to check out the perfect sparkly linens from Nuage with Megan’s 40th Birthday cake (Polkadots Cupcake Factory).

Outside we had a branding station where guests could brand cowboy hats, boots, belts and even koozies! It was truly the most fun evening. I can’t wait for Megan’s next birthday bash!
