I love the Maxwell family! Planning Marcella and Philip’s wedding was such a joy and the outcome still takes my breath away. The Maxwells have a connection to Round Rock so having Marcella’s wedding at Woodbine Mansion was very special to her and her family.

The color palette in addition to everything about Woodbine Mansion was so dreamy! Marcella’s invitation suite was an intricate part of the design and I felt as though we carried it all the way through to the wedding day (Pink Champagne ). Marcella wanted to do something special for Philip’s “grooms bar” so we collaborated with Premiere on the backdrop and with the addition of Maxwell’s taxidermy and festoon lighting (Ilios Production), it was all brought to life!

Let’s talk about the TENT! It’s what wedding planners dreams are made of and not only the florals + greenery (Bouquets of Austin) + twinkle lights + chandeliers (Ilios) + and draping (Premiere) but we were able to provide air conditioning (Groove Labs)! I feel like I can go on and on but in all it was truly an amazing evening and such a joy to be a part of! Dance floor – amazing (Mike’s Dance Floor) ! Wedding cake – amazing (Simon Lee)! Lounge furniture – amazing (Bee Lavish)! Linens – so much fun picking these out and they were perfect in every way (Premiere)! Especially the head table linen with the addition of the lace napkins and napkin holders.

Marcella rocked not only 1 but 3 stunning dresses that night. Philips tux was out of this world amazing!

Marcella and Philips wedding day is on her mother’s birthday, and they chose to incorporate that moment in the most beautiful way. After toasts, Marcella surprised her mom Nancy with a birthday cake on the dance floor. You could truly feel the love that those two women share for each other.
